How we do it

First, we make sure we really understand the problem we're trying to solve. Then we find the simplest route to the most effective answer. And we do that with ‘agility'.

We scope thoroughly
To get to know you and your project better we always start out with a scoping exercise. At the end of two challenging workshops you'll have a comprehensive document which is the foundation for developing your project. Using this we focus on the question "what problem are you trying to solve for users?". Somewhere in that document, are all the answers.

We remain agile
We use a development methodology called Agile which, as the name suggests, allows us to adapt as required. Agility advocates clear, regular communication and the early delivery of working software. This ensures that the client is closely involved in the evolution of the project - an approach which makes the effective use of their budget and time and achieves the best results.

We have no secrets
We use a state-of-the-art online project management tool to regularly assign tasks, responsibilities, milestones, dates and share files. We can give our clients access to the same project information that we share as a team on a daily basis, should they want it. Sometimes they do, and it helps keeps things nice and transparent.
