We use an Agile working process making it our highest priority to deliver working software early, to ensure the project is absolutely transparent in its development.

Significant time is invested in learning the very latest programming technologies to give us the edge on our competitors. And so we give all our designers and developers 20% 'free time' to explore new areas and a generous allowance to attend international industry conferences to help keep us ahead of the game.

We believe that happy employees and a positive working environment are the foundation for delivering top notch work, and so our office is based in the  UK's only office building with a three-story helter skelter. We also indulge in regular social events during work hours such as wii tennis, go-karting and teppanyaki.
