Leap Anywhere has hit on the idea of making it easier for people to do their bit for charity, by making it more fun! The Leap Anywhere website connects people, charities and events they can enjoy together or contribute to, all for the greater good.

Users register, create a profile explaining what they’re into, and within moments they’ll be invited to ‘leap’ (get involved in, find out about, share, chat about, attend) into all sorts of fun things, like fashion, sports, social, music or art related charity activities, that actually make good things happen too!

Malcolm Scovil, Leap’s founder, says that Yoomee’s goal oriented approach really helped make the site a success, going live with a high profile launch in the national press, on time and within budget. “The scoping stage of the process was invaluable and really helped develop the thinking around how Leap works. Yoomee's design work has also been very strong, enhancing our brand and making it a unique online experience".

“So many more people would play a part in charity initiatives if being involved was easier!” says Malcolm. “It’s been a real hit in our trials – we’ve had consistently brilliant feedback and 200 charity partners signed up soon after launch.”

In addition to activity feeds, private messaging, rich video content and integration with Facebook and Twitter, we've added many innovative features such as  "find people like me" and an events recommendation engine.  In only five months, members have got involved with nearly 2,000 leaps, showing these features are helping users find ever more interesting ways to do something that benefits others.
